How to Order

Order before 14h00 Monday to Friday and get SAME DAY DELIVERY.

Sat: Order before 11H00 and get same day delivery.

How to Order

Step 1: Login to www.smarttrolley.co.za or your Laptop/Computer/Cellphone. If You have an Android Smart Phone you can download our app and shop directly via the app. Goto Playstore and search for Smart Trolley, download and start shopping.
Step 2. Browse the store via categories. Move your mouse above the item you wish to buy and click on "Add to Cart".
Step 3. Repeat Step 2 for all the products you wish to buy.
If you select the STORE option you will be able to buy products from our partner stores. Follow the same step as per Step 2. Continue shopping. If you wish to remove an item, simply click and delete.
Step 4. Once you done click proceed to CHECKOUT.
Step 5. You will then enter your particulars including your delivery address.
Step 6. Select the payment option ie "PAYFAST" and then choose to either to do a straight INSTANT EFT from your bank to Payfast or you could choose the Debit or Credit Card Options. NONE OF YOUR BANKING DETAILS WILL BE STORED BY SMART TROLLEY.
Step 7. Get ready to receive your delivery from one of our Smart Delivery Staff.
We have incorporated safe and secure methods. Payfast is best for instant bank EFT directly from your account to ours.

Delivery Info

All orders are dispatched using a courier company. Once payment/proof of payment is received, orders are processed. Items are subject to availability. Orders will be considered delivered if someone at the address has signed for the delivery or confirms acceptance via Whatsapp or any other form of electronic communication.

Charges:

All you pay is a single fee of R99 irrespective of the number of stores you shop on. Note we have partner stores.

However do note that there are basket limits to a maximum of R3000.

For incorrectly delivered items or damaged items, Smart Trolley will pick up at no cost.

Items correctly delivered and if you need to return will be billed at R50 per pickup.
